I know that it is a red wine, but what is the the type with the highest concentration? Thanks for all your help. I normally have a glass of wine or 2 after dinner these days, and I want to make the most of it. I want to find the kind with the most antioxidants in it. i also want it to be palatable, but having antioxidants is my #1 criteria. I liked Pinot Noir [...] Does it work? How much do you take? Any side effects? Do you take it all through the allergy season or just when bothered by allergies? The original report on the benefit of resveratrol found that Merlot from Chile had the highest levels, but researchers at Cornell University in New York found that New York State wines also had high levels (see http://www.news.cornell.edu/chronicle/98… ). Unfortunately New York wines are not readily available outside that state, but Chile wines should be in [...] Is it Merlot, Cabernet, or some other kind? thanks drinking one glass? I just wonder what other people experience when drinking one or two standards drinks. It seems to happen to me with most alcohol. What kind of jelly at the grocery store has the most resveratrol in it? What about jelly at a health food store? Does just the plain concorde grape jelly have any? I much prefer the taste of a nice port rather then red wine, but they say one glass of red wine is good for you because of the antioxidants it has. |
